Brief 3: YCN - The Grown Up Chocolate Company (Collaboration with Karolina Gliwa) - Primary research

Usually, standard chocolate bars found in shops either use imagery of actual chocolate or are very subtle like the Green & Blacks or the M&S bars.

The Cadbury and Throntons brand is usually very type-heavy and bold as their main target audience are for younger kids/teenagers and their tone of voice is bolder than brands such as Lindt.

The Grown Up Chocolate Company’s chocolate bars are also type-heavy but are not as overwhelming in colour or in visuals as Cadbury or Thorntons.

Although I did some primary research from a higher price range than The Grown Up Chocolate Company, I thought that the more expensive brands would attract The Grown Up Chocolate’s customer profile.
