From reading the brief, something that been very consistent in my first year of university and for many years is anxiety. The brief would be based on what I have learnt throughout the years that makes my anxiety feel more at ease. Anxiety is a sensitive topic and a lot of people do suffer with anxieties in everyday life and it's something that people want to get rid of. This is not possible but I have found ways that have helped me cope; so by giving my advice to others who are like me, I am hoping that it would help them.
The design would be as accommodating and straightforward as possible as having anxiety is
nerve-wracking and you want to calm it down as quickly as possible. The uncomplicated approach will help combat the already stressful situation.
