Licence to Print Money

Licence to Print Money
The brief is about putting the focus on physical money as we are in an era where not many people seem to carry around cash wether that would be coins or banknotes but instead, it has been replaced with cards, contactless payments, and online payments such as PayPal and Bitcoin. We must design 30 ideas and the final outcome of the brief is to design banknotes or banknote with the option of either printing the design on one side or having it the same/different design on both sides. The design must be made 21cm x 26cm and it should not be printed off as digital prints but we should explore different medias such as monoprint or screenprint. The banknote can be created in any currency or we could even create a worldwide currency.

When creating the final outcome of our banknotes, we should consider currency, culture, redesigns of currencies and existing methods of payment.
